Method
 

  1. Cube the sweet potatoes and toss them with avocado oil, salt, cinnamon, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  2. Roast the sweet potatoes at 375°F for 25–30 minutes, turning once, until tender and caramelized.
  3. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 3–6 minutes until no pink remains.
  4. Drain excess grease if needed.
  5. Add the taco seasoning and no-salt-added tomato sauce to the beef.
  6. Simmer for 2–3 minutes so the seasonings blend into the beef.
  7. Divide the roasted sweet potatoes and seasoned beef among bowls or meal-prep containers.
  8. Add cottage cheese and sliced avocado.
  9. Finish with a drizzle of hot honey to your preferred heat level.
