Method
- Make sure the Instant Pot is clean and ready. Plug it in and set the valve to sealing.
- Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the Instant Pot.
- Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and dried herbs.
- Pour in enough chicken broth or water to cover the chicken.
- Cook on high pressure for 8–10 minutes.
- Use the quick release valve after cooking, keeping your hands and face away from the pressure valve.
- Make sure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Shred the cooked chicken using two forks.
